International and Domestic Airport: We operate a complimentary shuttle from Wellington Airport. Operating hours for this service are from 9:00am until 16:00pm. A flight number must be provided when booking.
City Accommodation: We offer clients a courtesy pickup from their City Centre accommodation during the hours of 9:00am – 16:00pm. If clients did not advise when booking where they are staying, they can contact our office on the freephone to advise the location and arrange a time for the pickup.
Ferry Terminals: Clients can call us from the ferry terminal once they have disembarked and are ready to be picked up.
We do not offer after hours pickups from this location.
Drop offs:
Within office hours:
International and Domestic Airport: We recommend that clients allow 30 minutes prior to their checkin time at the Airport for the return of the vehicle and drop off to the terminal.
City Accommodation: Clients can return their vehicle to our office and get a courtesy transfer back to their accommodation between 9:00am and 16:00pm.
Ferry Terminals: We recommend that clients allow 15 minutes prior to their checkin time at the ferry to return the vehicle and receive their transfer to the ferry.
Outside office hours:
All vehicles must be returned to our office. Clients will then need to make their own way from our office to the Airport or ferry terminals.

Our Wellington City office is located in Thorndon, Wellington. In case of any difficulties or should you require collecting from your accommodation please call our depot on free-phone number provided on confirmation.
Airport Arrival
One of our Wellington representatives will greet you at the Airport baggage claim area holding a whiteboard stating your name. You will then be taken to our office in the city, 15 minutes away, to uplift your rental vehicle. In case of any difficulties please call our Wellington depot on free-phone number provided.
VEHICLE PICK UP AND DROP OFF OUTSIDE OFFICE HOURS (17.30pm to 7.30am)
If you are arriving outside our normal office hours, we will send you a copy of the rental contract. Please advise us of a fax number that we can send this to.
Wellington Airport Pick Up Instructions: We will endeavour to park the vehicles as close as possible to the first billboard on the right in the car park. A brochure with your name on it will be visible on the dash-board. Please contact our Wellington depot on the number provided on the day of collection so we can inform you of the vehicle make and model, registration number and where the keys are located. Please note there is a parking charge to pay on exit of the car park to a maximum of NZ$23.00.
Please note: We do not provide the shuttle service before 10.30 in the morning.

If you are flying in to Wellington Airport, one of their friendly operators will meet you at the baggage claim area. You will then be transferred back to the office to complete the paperwork for your hire.
